Bring 1 gallon of water to a boil. Add the entire 2-ounce bag of tea to the boiling water. Let the tea continue to boil for 15 minutes. Take off the heat and let the tea steep for an additional 10 minutes. Filter out the Stems & Fines. Due to evaporation, you will need to add water back to make 1 gallon of tea. Drink warm or cold.
